Hi, I am looking for a new tenant for my apartment from 01.Jan.2025 until 31.Aug.2025 with option to extend. (Move in date is negotiabel in December) It is a furnished studio apartment for one person, equipped with bed, bedside table, closet, desk, table with 2 chairs, small kitchen and bathroom. Heating, internet, water and electricity are included in the price. The quiet apartment is on the 8th floor and has a good view. The house is equipped with an elevator, laundry room, dryers, fitness room, gaming room, common room, parking for a fee, janitor and property management are very attentive and accept packages. The house has a direct connection to the tram and is 10min away from the Sbahn. Penny is right next to the house, Aldi, Rewe, Alnatura and Lidl can be reached in 5 minutes...
